Leg Pains

I'm at the end of week 20 and yesterday I developed terrible leg pain in both legs. It feels similar to when I did a 60 mile breast cancer walk and my muscles started deteriorating and needed an IV for fluid. They hurt so bad last night when I went to sleep and I know there's nothing I can take. Is it normal to feel this kind of pain in both legs so severe without doing anything pysical to bring all this on?
