Besides excessive wieght gain, what signs could there be that you have GD?

I've actually gained only 10 lbs and my doctor told me last visit that I could stand to gain a few more but wasn't too worried about it. Still, I'm concerned about GD because I get super tired after I eat sugar which makes me think that my body isn't doing the best job processing it. Does anyone that has or did anyone that had GD have any other symptoms besides weight gain?
