BJCM car seat adapter

Does anyone have one? Is it worth it? I have a graco car seat and I would love to be able to keep J in it and just put it in the stroller. Can you fold the stroller with it attached? I guess I just want to make sure it's not a waste of money. :-)

ETA: for the double stroller
