Not good timing.   He just rolled off from a company to working for himself for his old boss of the company - if that makes sense.  It was a great job - work from home, doing what he loves, and an amazing salary - just no benefits - but that was fine because that's where I come in.  It was the perfect job for two working parents.  We have two kids and decided we could manage a 3rd because of this situation.  We are pretty upset over this.  I do make a good salary - so we'll be taking the kids out of daycare so we don't have that expense.  Uggggg.
