I don't like the common "American" names.
I love the name Sarai (it's from the bible) but might sound a little too "foreign" for Americans, so not sure if I should use it as a first or middle name.

I love the name Mila as first name and Sarai as a middle name.

Mila Sarai - Last name starts with a B...
