Irregular Movement!!

Hi.  I will be 28 weeks tomorrow.  My next doctor appointment is on Monday.  I?m concerned because my little guy doesn?t move on a regular basis.  Some days he is quite active and other days extremely quiet.  I have felt some movement today, but have not been able to establish a pattern at all.  I should be able to start kick counts tomorrow but even when I eat or drink something he doesn?t necessarily start moving.  And I don?t see how I can get 10 movements in an hour!  I went to the doctor less than two weeks ago because I was concerned when he went a few hours without moving and he was perfectly fine, moving a ton, I just couldn?t feel him.   I guess I?m looking for some reassurance from women who are further along than me to tell me that everything is okay!
