Has anyone been sick when you were giving birth?

February 2012 in 3rd Trimester

My son got a terrible cold last week, and now I'm starting to feel sick too... I think I'll be fine by the 20th when I'm having a c-section, but what will happen if I'm really sick then, or the baby decides to come out sooner before I recover?
