Any guesses? "Angle of the dangle"??

This is my 14 week ultrasound.  We don't know the gender yet, but I've had a few people say they think it's a boy on my facebook based on the "angle of the dangle."  I've personally never heard of it before (this is my first) so I'm wondering what you all think!  Boy or Girl?  

I myself don't even see the 'genital tubercle' in this picture so I don't really understand what these people are talking about.  I posted on another site and had more people guess girl... Seems kinda like something that is just another 50/50 guess.
