What can I take? Stomach ache!

I have the worse upset stomach! Coming out of both ends, sorry TMI, I know. I know I can't take Pepto and my list of medicine doesn't have anything for upset stomach. I'm not nauseous at all, just the worse stomach cramps ever!!
