question from 1st tri

hi ladies,

I was wondering if anyone had a simlar situation in the beginning of there pregnancy. I've been having a lot of sharp pain in my ovaries and cramping. I went to the ER a couple times to make sure it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy. My dr confirmed it was a normal pregnancy and that everything looked good. My pain started to go away but the cramping is still there. I started bleeding a good amount today but the doctors said it was just spotting and could be normal still but they won't know until next week at my ultrasound. My doctor is confident that theyre should be a heart beat by then. I was measuring at 5 weeks today but they also said that last week too. The conclusion of this appointment is basically 50/50 so I kind of just looking for some hope. TIA and good luck to all of you ladies!!
