Went into the hospital yesterday after suffering extreme lower abdominal pain along with contractions... After having 2 babies, I knew it wasn't normal. Tests and and ultrasound later showed that my c section scar in thinning and my uterus is basically worn out and not well supported because my pelvic floor is stretched out anyway, I was put on bed rest and am trying to figure out how to not lift more than ten pounds when my one year old ds weighs 20 and my 2 1/2 dd weighs 30...
