how to find pediatrician

i was wondering how to find a pediatricion? my birthing class said i would have to know beofre going into labor, which i didnt know. my friends had told me they used the one that was at the hospital and didnt have to find one.

i'm also on badgercare, so i dont know ow exactly that works, if i need a certain dr they suggest?
