How do you cross post?

I have a question over in c sections about tuning the baby?

I can't figure out how to cross post, so if anyone has experience with breech or ECV, and has time to wander to that board or reply here I would appreciate the additional perspectives. ( please speak from experience, I have been to spinning babies and found it helpful but want opinions from experience, not just the advice of what I might be able to do)
