Vaginal pain

Sometimes I will get this sort of stabbing feeling in my vagina. It usually only lasts like 30 seconds, but during those 30 seconds it is almost like a pulsing feeling? Like it doesn't hurt the entire time, but on and off, if that makes sense. 

My baby is head down already, if this makes any difference. Is this something I should be concerned about? I'm only 29 weeks. The pain isn't unbearable or anything,  I just don't want to ignore it if it is a big deal.
