Weird stomach shapes???

Some days I look pregnant, some days I dont. My stomach was huge, but now that i'm entering my 5 month, it shrank. When I sit down its soft, but while standing it's hard. I'm sure it's not anything to worry about, but can anyone shed some light on what's going on?
