Craaaazy false labor with baby #2

Any other second time moms experiencing this?

With my son, I had no signs of labor until I actually went into labor at 40w 4d. Contractions started, my water broke a couple hours later and we were off to the hospital. 

This time, my first internal at 36 weeks threw me into hours of contractions. (I declined an internal at 37 wks because of this) Then yesterday I had TEN hours of what I thought was the beginning of labor. Contractions nonstop, cramping and back pain, nausea, zingers down below ... and yet, here I am, back at work today!

I'm actually feeling good and enjoying the 'calm before the storm' of these last few days/weeks - but it is SO frustrating to feel like that all day and have it amount to nothing!
