Help me eat better, please!

I would like to clean up my eating and try and lose belly fat even while pregnant. Nothing crazy and not crazy exercise, just clean up to avoid GD and more unneeded fat. I have this bulge of belly fat way above the baby, so I know it isn't baby or needed by baby. I look more pregnant than I am and it is gross.

I am feeling better most days (still on unisom/b6) but eating horrible. I really don't know what to eat that is nutritious and healthy for both of us.

Anyone have a list of foods that are healthy or even a GD diet they had to follow? I was never given a list last time but was very close to having it that they had me testing my sugars 4x a day.
