So after getting the ok for a possible VBAC today we had a change of plans quite quickly.  We had an ultrasound because the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat on the dopplar.  Much to our surprise, twins!  So even though there is a slight possibility of a VBAC, with twins the doctor was not very hopeful.  Just not in the cards for me it seems but that is ok.  I think it is just now sinking in that we are having twins so the RCS is the least of my worries.  Just thought I'd share our story.  What a shock!
