Lactating or something???

This is my first pregnancy and I've been unfortunately isolated,I don't have many people to talk about pregnancy with. So this is a slightly graphic question (only slightly I promise) I'm 18 weeks along, and I noticed a clear and sticky liquid coming from my breasts. I thought it was too early for even the beginning stages of lactation (though I'm certainly no expert). I'm not too concerned about it, but has anyone else experienced this or know what it is?
