Anyone have any suggestions for constipation relief? I've been struggling with it this whole pregnancy. Today is miserable, I have so much pressure & kind of crampy-ness when I sit...and unfortunately I sit all day at my job. I drink at least 12 glasses of water/day (usually more), have a glass of orange juice w/ extra pulp every morning with a half dose of miralax mixed in, eat plenty of high fiber fruits & veggies/day, and am active. I'm getting NO relief...any suggestions?
