Anyone with upper back pain? Also on Feb2012

Hi Ladies,

Just recently within the last week or so I've been getting some upper back pain.  This pain makes me extremely uncomfortable and I don't want to eat anything or move at all.  Sometimes it also makes it hard to breathe.

  I've brought it up to my doctor but she said it doesn't sound like anything to be worried about, and I could have strained a muscle or maybe how babys positioned and shortness of breath is normal in pregnancy.  I just feel like its more than that because the pain comes and goes.  Tylenol and laying down are all that help, and I feel guilty taking tylenol when it occures. I never asked Dr.how often I can take tylenol, because now I am taking it maybe once or twice everyday and worried that is too much. 

Sorry if this is long ladies.  Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!
