Hard, sore stomach

Today my stomach feels so tight and sore - and it's rock hard all over! Usually it's just firm, this is like, completely hard. It feels like I'm busting out and really uncomfortable. I have noticed that I've "popped" even more lately, so I'm guessing it's just from the babies growing. Anyone else experience this?
