Weight gain, no change in bump

Hi, ladies! 

So I'm 18 weeks tomorrow. My bump size has been pretty consistent for the past month. It's low and hard and doesn't seem to be moving up or growing all that much recently. BUT, I've gained about 5 lbs. I've been eating pretty reasonably (ok, with one or two exceptions lol). Now, I did NOT begin my pregnancy with a flat tummy. I have lost a significant amount of weight over the past decade of my life and have a bit of flab and extra skin, so I knew that my bump wouldn't show as easily as it would on a more slender woman. But, it doesn't feel any different either.

Maybe the baby is growing but I'm not showing the effects? Maybe it's just fat? Anyone else experience this?
