Looking for a Nanny?

So, while watching tv this weekend, I saw a commercial for a website that helps locate babysitters/nannies. Its called Care.com I did the free membership just to see what it is all about, and I am really thinking about doing a 3 month membership to find a nanny. There are so many options to look for on this site, and they have references and background checks for all of their nannies looking for a job on this site... It is also, for what I have fiddled with so far, pretty user friendly!

I just wanted to share that I found a pretty decent site to look at if you are looking for a babysitter/nanny!
