Boys and diapers: penis points down?

Hi ladies,

We are having issues with my LO and the Pampers because he is constantly peeing out the top of them. Someone told me to point his penis down and when I do that we don't have any issues. Do you ladies do that? We are trying Huggies now and so far we've been accident free, but my husband just told me he's been continuing to point "it" down. Is this what my life has become?!

What do you ladies do?
