Growth spurt?

LO will be 12 weeks in a couple of days.  He had been sleeping in 5 hour stretches.   I am EFB and he will take a bottle of expressed milk.  The past two nights he has been up every 1 1/2- 2 hours.   We have tried rocking him and offering him a pacifier but he still cries as if hungry.  I feed him and then he is content and falls back asleep?  Could this be a growth spurt?  His daily eating has not changed at all.  He weighs well over 12 pounds and I'm concerned about his constant waking up at night and hoping it does not become a pattern.
