LO has wet cough, congested in chest

My daughter has a cold...or so I think. She is coughing a little here and there, and when she does it sounds kind of wet and like she is trying to cough mucous up. She sounds a little congested when she breaths after she coughs, but only then. Her breathing sounds normal now, as she is sleeping. Thought I would call the doctor tomorrow just to be on the safe side. What do you guys do other than saline spray and a humidifier to help?
