Cleft lip/palate

Anybody here have a baby born with a cleft lip or palate? How are you handling it?

Our anatomy scan showed that our baby girl may have this and we will be going for a higher resolution ultrasound. We will love her no matter what and are thrilled if this is the biggest problem we have in this pregnancy but I am looking for others in a similar place.
