Anemia?

This is my second pregnancy and I am 22-ish weeks along (due the first week of June).  I have been completely exhausted lately, like beyond normal tiredness...I had been chalking it up to caring for my 13month old and babysitting my friend's 8month old 50 hours/week.  But, the more I think about it, the more I wonder if maybe I am anemic?  I wasn't with DS, but I also wasn't nursing when I was pg with him either.

I guess my question is: how is this diagnosed, a blood test-did you request it or did your Dr. suggest it? What were you're symptoms?  My next appt is in two weeks, so I may just call this week and talk to the nurse!
