How much formula??

My son is almost three weeks old and I am feeding him 3 oz every 3 hours - I was thinking of increasing it but is he too young to go up to 4 oz.

Also do you wake your child to feed - my son is back up to his birth weight - yet I am still waking to feed - should I just let him wake up on his own when he is hungry??
