Babyshower planning DILEMMA!!

I have a huge dilemma with my invites.. I don't want to be rude or forget anyone.. I am definitely inviting babies grandma (dad's mom) because that's his grandma.. But I also want to invite grandpa's girlfriend (dad's dad) so I don't seem rude and because she will be around the baby a lot also.. I know the two girls have had bad blood between them and have been known not to get along too well.. I don't wanna offend grandma.. or the girlfriend... but I don't want a big blowup at the shower... what do I do????
