I have been getting leg cramps/charlie horse almost every day or every other day. It happens when I am sleeping, either in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning. Has anyone else been getting them a lot? Is this a normal thing to expect during pregnancy or does it mean I am lacking potassium? I keep eating lots of bananas and I take my prenatal vitamins but I am wondering if I am still lacking something and should take a potassium supplement or something.
