Two different diagnosis's?

So, lately I haven't been feeling well.  I've been dizzy for about a week, had a cold (or so I thought), and threw up once (I thought it was baby telling me she didn't like OJ).  I got so dizzy to the point where I couldn't drive, so hubby took me to the urgent care.  They took the vitals, and all that fun stuff, then I waited for the doctor.  She then looked in my ears, tried to flush them out, and proceeded to tell me I had an ear infection.  She sent me over to the ear nose and throat doctor to get my ears fully flushed out.  He told me I didn't have one, so now I'm confused as to who I should believe.
