Single Umbilical Artery

Had my 21 week ultrasound this past week and the doctor found I have a Single Umbilical Artery. Seems to be common, happens in about 1 in 100 pregnancys, but it is still making me nurvous. Has anyone else had this, or is dealing with this too?
