Bad feeding day?

DS had a rough day yesterday, very out of our norm. We want to the doctors where it took us 45 minutes to be seen which pissed me off because I planned his feeding all around the appointment and it threw us off schedule. He screamed the whole time there. As soon as we left instead of being hungry the poor little boy slept. Ever since then, his appetite has been off. Not eating as much and sleeping more. I know I should be grateful for more sleep, but I feel he isn't getting what he needs and my breasts are engorged. What should I do? Should I be worried or just hope he gets back on track today?
