Abdominal soreness/pain

I have felt it before during pregnancy now and again but I swear last night in the shower it was as if my I could feel my ribs up under my bust line..lol..and I have this dull sore pain on my right side mid abdomen, sometimes accompanied by a sharper pain. I'm assuming that our baby girl is just moving around and my organs are being compromised..I have the doctor on Monday and can always ask him but was wondering if anyone else is getting some abdominal discomfort? Thanks in advance..
