Baby acne

My DD is 8 weeks old today. She has a rash on her checks and behind one ear. I think it is possibly baby acne or a heat rash. We go for her two month shots next Thursday. I am planning on waiting it out and if it is still there asking about it then. I have heard if it is baby acne there really isn't anything that needs to be done. Any one have experience with this? Any signs I should look for that it may be something more? I don't want anything to happen to her pretty little face!
