migraine, medication, and nursing!

Just took excedrine migraine after leaving a msg for my OB about how long to wait to nurse. I figured it would be like 12 hours, turns out its 24! I knew I should have waited until the returned my call but I couldn't. I am an exclusive pumper so its not a big deal, I can pump and dump and use formula but I hate having to give formula over breast milk....can I get some encouragement so I feel less guilty?
