Interviewing while pregnant

While I've had interviews during both pregnancies, I've never had one this far along.  I have one next week, so I'll be 35 weeks.  I applied in November, but I feel like it's pretty obvious now and I should say something about it.  If I am interested in the position, do I say something like I'm clearly pregnant, but I am interested in this position?"  If offered the job, I  probably wouldn't begin until after I had the baby, how would you address that? 

I'm trying not to get ahead of myself because I don't even know if I'm for sure interested or if it will be offered, I just feel like not addressing it would be really strange.
