3rd Trimester

Have a bad cold (GD+anemic)

February 2012 in 3rd Trimester

I have a bad head cold. Stuffy nose and sore throat/ ear ache due to post nasal drip. I can't drink any OJ cause I have GD. I can't drink any tea cause I'm anemic. Any suggestions for relief or how to get rid of this? I am already using a humidifier and drinking lots of water.
