Pumping exclusively?

My LO is 8 days old and we've had a hard time with bf. I have flat nipples and she doesn't latch on. My milk didn't come in until day 4 so we had to ff.   She got used to the bottle so now she refuses the breast and will scream her head off from frustration and hunger.  So now I'm just pumping and putting the bm in a bottle while also ff since I don't produce enough for bm only. Does anyone else just pump their bm exclusively?  It's a bit of a hassle with all the cleaning but whatever I can do to give my LO bm, I will do.
