newborn in-home daycare

I live in Overland Park, KS (suburb of Kansas City) and am looking for in-home daycare. I was wondering if anyone could share the costs they have found for newborn care and possibly what is or is not provided. Also wondering if cloth diapers are acceptable at daycare?

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all!!!
