still only getting 3 hour stretches at night.... zzzzz tired

LO is 10 weeks today and we can't seem to get much more than 3 hours at a time of sleep.  last night it was like clockwork, down at 8:30, up at 11:30, up at 2:30, up at 6:15.  He's FF, I'm trying to stretch to 4 hours when i can but don't want to be cruel .  LO eats 5 oz bottles during the day every 3-4 hours and will take 4 at his feeds during the night.... I know everyone says wait until 3 mths but this is taxing on DH and I.  I try to do all the feedings at night b/c DH has a long day and is out of the house for work for 12 hours, DH will get up somenights and do the 12am feed.  Everyone says it gets better but it feels like it isn't going too....ahhhhh
