Clogged duct - PLEASE HELP!!

Two days ago I had a plugged duct in my "good breast" (the one that produces the majority of the milk). The duct issue has cleared up but my supply in that breast is now terrible and I'm trying to build up a stash before returning to work in 4 weeks.

Will my supply return on it's own over time? If so, how much time? or am I out of luck? Is there anything I can do? I've tried pumping more after I feed her and drinking more. Nothing is helping.
