Hospital problems

AAAAAA!!! I'm so irritated!! I went to the hospital yesterday to get some records from Jan. 10th (they tested my iron levels and for gestational diabetes), when I got there and told the guy what i wanted he said "we do not have them in the computer for the 10th" (he had to look back more then 30 days) I thought ok someone entered it in wrong. I also had to go and reschedule my next doctors appointment (because my next one was supposed to be in 6 weeks) when they pulled up my records on the computer the girl looked at them and had to go get some one to help read them, when the other person came into help read it she said my records are in Greek.....no one could read them....I also asked them if my iron levels we on the paper they gave me, they said the doctor only checks iron levels when requested to do so, and since i didn't they didn't do it .i don't know what to do about this hospital but it is really irritating that they cant get anything right.
