Cleaning Breast Pump at Work?

I have to pump 2-3 times during the course of my work day.  I am having an issue with how to clean the pieces of the pump while I am at work.  This is my 2nd day back at work and I can't really find a great way other than rinsing them out with warm water from the sink.  At home I was steaming the parts after each use... I don't want them to get gross throughout the day since all of the milk will be running through these pieces before hitting the storage bag.  Any suggestions?  What do you girls do?  Thanks!!!
