Thrush is making me not want to BF anymore.

Okay here's the deal: I've had thrush for almost 3 weeks now and the nystatin cream, gentian violet and vinegar concoctions haven't done anything. I don't have insurance so it isn't financially easy for me to go to a doctor and/or get a prescription for anything else right now. The thrush is no doubt in my milk ducts, not just my nipples, which I know is why it won't go away with just the cream and vinegar, etc. For anyone with experience in this nightmare, what can I do? Like I said I don't have insurance so I can't afford to see a doctor AND the clinic here doesn't "do" these types of things, which is so unbelievably annoying. I can't go on with this, ya know? My boobs hurt so bad, my nipples burn... (
