Please help me identify this pain...

For the last 3 days, I have had a severe pain in my right hip/right side of my butt.  I don't believe it is back labor as it is relieved by rest.  It is a localized, sharp pain that hurts to the point where I am limping and having trouble weight bearing on that side.  Earlier in my pregnancy I had sciatica pain on the left side, but that radiated down my leg, this pain does not radiate.

Any thoughts? Perhaps I just pulled a muscle or LO is pressed up against a nerve? 

Whatever the cause I am I glad I am so far along because I could not deal with this much longer!
