help! Dreamed I was cheating on my hubby!

has anyone else dreamed they were cheating on their spouse? I felt so bad afterwards but I couldn't get it out of my head. I didn't want to tell him because he'd get so upset but do you think it means anything? I'm happily married although I'll admit the sex has been less frequent since being pregnant (now twice) and having a baby all in the past 2 years.
