How long did your LO have effects of their 2 mth shots?

LO got his shots on Friday, he was ok on the weekend just a little off his schedule. I'm concerned today because he is extra sleepy and is spitting up more than usual. I am thinking its because of the shots but worried because most of the info on the vaccines out there say side effects for 24 hours. thoughts?
